Terms, Waiver, Disclaimer & Safety Agreement
1. This is a fun ride only, not a race.
2. The ride is open for Enduro bikes and DP/Adventure bikes. The trail is big-bike friendly, but riders must ride according to their own skill level, motorcycle capability, tyre condition, weather, and trail situation.
3. 100% off-road tyres are recommended because weather is unpredictable. Rain, mud, slippery climbs, wet grass, ruts, river crossing, and soft ground may happen. Riders are responsible for choosing suitable tyres.
4. Off-road riding has risk. Rider joins voluntarily and at own risk. The organizer, admin team, marshal, volunteer, sponsor, support crew and related parties shall not be blamed or held responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any accident, injury, death, motorcycle damage, property loss, breakdown, delay, route change, weather issue, road closure, cancellation, or other incident that may happen before, during, or after the ride.
5. Rider is responsible for own riding decision, motorcycle condition, tyre choice, safety gear, health and fitness.
6. Please wear proper safety gear for a safer, more comfortable and enjoyable ride.
7. Rider must provide correct emergency contact details and agrees that the organizer/admin may use the emergency contact for safety purposes during the event.
8. Rider must declare important medical notes where relevant. Medical notes are visible only to authorized admin.
9. Route, timing, marshal instruction, weather plan and safety arrangement may change based on current situation.
10. Registration is confirmed only after payment is verified manually by admin. Uploading payment proof does not automatically verify payment.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy: No refund if cancelled by rider. No refund for no-show. If the organizer postpones the event due to weather, route condition, safety issue, authority instruction, local situation, or other valid reason, registration may be carried forward to the new event date. Any other special arrangement is subject to organizer approval.
12. The private WhatsApp group link is only for verified riders and must not be shared with unregistered riders.
13. Rider agrees that photos/videos taken during the event may be used for event updates, safety record and organizer promotion unless the rider informs admin otherwise.
14. Rider agrees that personal data is used for registration, payment verification, safety planning and emergency contact purposes only.
15. By submitting registration, rider confirms that all information is correct and agrees to these terms.
Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All confirmed payments are subject to the event cancellation policy.
If the rider cancels the registration for any reason, no refund will be given.
If the rider does not attend the event, no refund will be given.
If the organizer postpones the event due to weather, route condition, safety issue, authority instruction, local situation, or other valid reason, the registration may be carried forward to the new event date.
Any other special arrangement, if any, is fully subject to organizer approval.
